Revitalize Health & Performance delivers a comprehensive, assessment-driven online coaching experience built on clinical biomechanics, strength science, and performance optimization principles. This is not a generic workout template. It is a structured, data-informed performance system designed to correct inefficiencies, eliminate pain triggers, and unlock higher levels of strength, movement quality, and longevity.

When you enroll, you will work directly with Dr. Zahos and receive his full clinical attention and expertise throughout the process. Your program begins with a comprehensive video movement analysis covering squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, gait, and sport-specific tasks when applicable.

Each movement is evaluated for joint sequencing, load distribution, pelvic and rib control, scapular stability, asymmetries, compensatory strategies, and tempo quality to identify where force may be leaking and why pain or plateaus are occurring. A detailed postural and structural assessment follows, examining pelvic orientation, thoracic positioning, cervical alignment, and lower-chain mechanics to uncover muscle imbalances and length–tension disruptions.

Functional movement screening then evaluates how you transfer force, absorb load, stabilize under stress, and maintain joint control. All findings are reviewed in a live consultation where Dr. Zahos explains your movement patterns in clear terms and outlines a strategic plan. You will then receive a fully customized performance program focused on corrective sequencing, strength progression, mobility integration, structural balance, longevity, and sport or aesthetic goals where appropriate.
